Study With The Master: Meditation

There is no doubt that Dr. Singh has helped me to restructure my life and become a more focused, more balanced person. Through my study of meditation, I have developed a stronger sense of personal strength and confidence. This past year I had several issues that threatened to destroy the stability of my day to day life. I was better able to work through these challenges, absorbing myself in meditation and Qigong practice when needed. These skills have become a vital part of the foundation of my life and I have grown into a more complete and conscious person because of them.  ~ Undergraduate College Entrance Essay by Zack G (Zack is currently a M.S. candidate at Harvard School of Divinity)
